Regional Web Product Manager, Operations
Position Purpose:
- The Regional Web Product Manager will be responsible for the definition, market strategy and management of the web product life cycle and collect and translate market needs into requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Regional Product Management Focus
- Responsibility to assist regional teams hit web revenue and IC goals
- Network Management through initiatives of network efficiencies
- Collaborate with PS, PSD, CS, Sales and Marketing teams (as appropriate), as well as doing market research as needed, to gain and own a full understanding of the internal and external market needs, issues and opportunities related to their region of focus.
- Based on market understanding and requests from regional leadership work across teams as appropriate to roll out Products and positioning.
- Provide analytical feedback to the past, current and future performance of the regional web network’s performance.
- Interact with marketing and sales to make sure that product features are placed in the market effectively.
- Work within the Web Product Team to coordinate, develop and identify product and business opportunities.
- Identify market and Company needs by interfacing with customers and employees.
- Monitor competitive performance, customer feedback and customer satisfaction.
- Develop strategies, plans, and programs for new products and applications.
- Work across functions to define and coordinate the introduction of new products into the marketplace.
- Training of new staff and internal teams of existing and new products.
- Assist sales and client support teams with product-related issues.
- Assist marketing in the development of collateral and materials.
- Build and develop new ideas and products and ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Perform other job-related activities and duties as requested by the business.

- Ability to respond to frequent demands of multiple customers (internal and external).
- Ability to work harmoniously and effectively as part of a work team.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Education / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, OR
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in Product Management or related position,
- Or relevant combination of education and experience.
- Experience in the Internet Industry and in a start-up environment is a plus.
